Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and any gifts or promotional items that was given with the purchase should be returned unused, unopened in it's original package.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Local Returns: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping & returns will be deducted from your refund. You can also drop off the return items to our store to avoid the return cost.

Internationally Returns:  For international orders our return policy is the same, 14 days from receiving your order. Once we  inspect and approved the return a refund will be issued after deducting the cost of two way shipping from and to our store in Kuwait, taxes and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Customization orders are by order and made for you with the measurements you have provided, returns are not accepted on any customization orders so we encourage you giving exact measurements for any customization orders.

سياسة الاسترجاع

سياستنا بالاسترجاع هي خلال 14 يوما من الشراء. إذا مر 14 يومًا منذ عملية الشراء، فللأسف لا يمكننا أن 
نستقبل استرجاع أو الاستبدال.

لكي تكون مؤهلاً للإرجاع، يجب أن تكون السلعة الخاصة بك غير مستخدمة وفي نفس الحالة التي استلمتها بها.
 ويجب أن تكون أيضًا في العبوة الأصلية، ويجب إرجاع أي هدايا أو عناصر ترويجية تم تقديمها مع عملية
 الشراء غير مستخدمة، وغير مفتوحة في عبوتها الأصلية.

العناصر الإضافية غير القابلة للإرجاع:

لإكمال عملية الإرجاع، نطلب إيصالًا أو إثباتًا للشراء.

المبالغ المستردة (إن وجدت)
بمجرد استلام عودتك وفحصها، سنرسل إليك بريدًا إلكترونيًا لإعلامك بأننا استلمنا السلعة التي تم إرجاعها.
وسنقوم أيضًا بإعلامك بالموافقة على استرداد أموالك أو رفضها.
إذا تمت الموافقة عليك، فستتم معالجة استرداد أموالك، وسيتم إضافة رصيد تلقائيًا إلى بطاقتك
الائتمانية أو طريقة الدفع الأصلية، خلال فترة معينة من الأيام.

المبالغ المستردة المتأخرة أو المفقودة (إن وجدت)
إذا لم تسترد أموالك بعد، فتحقق أولاً من حسابك البنكي مرة أخرى.
ثم اتصل بشركة بطاقة الائتمان الخاصة بك، فقد يستغرق الأمر بعض الوقت قبل أن يتم نشر المبلغ المسترد 
رسميًا.
اتصل بعد ذلك بالبنك الذي تتعامل معه. غالبًا ما يكون هناك بعض الوقت للمعالجة قبل ترحيل المبلغ
المسترد.

عناصر البيع (إن وجدت)
يمكن استرداد العناصر ذات الأسعار العادية فقط، وللأسف لا يمكن استرداد العناصر المخفضة.

الطلبات المحلية: يرجى ملاحظة أن تكاليف الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد. إذا استردت أموالك، فسيتم خصم
تكلفة الشحن والإرجاع من أموالك المستردة. يمكنك أيضًا تسليم العناصر المرتجعة إلى متجرنا
لتجنب تكلفة الإرجاع.

الإرجاع دوليًا: بالنسبة للطلبات الدولية، سياسة الإرجاع لدينا هي نفسها، بعد 14 يومًا من استلام طلبك.
بمجرد فحص الإرجاع والموافقة عليه، سيتم استرداد المبلغ المدفوع بعد خصم تكلفة الشحن في اتجاهين 
من وإلى متجرنا في الكويت، والضرائب وتكاليف الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد.

اعتمادًا على المكان الذي تعيش فيه، قد يختلف الوقت الذي قد يستغرقه وصول المنتج الذي قمت باستبداله
إليك.

يتم تقديم طلبات التفصال حسب الطلب ويتم إجراؤها لك باستخدام القياسات التي قدمتها انت،
ولا يتم قبول المرتجعات على أي طلبات تفصال، لذلك نشجعك على إعطاء قياسات دقيقة لأي طلبات تخصيص.
